This 4,400 square foot future SANDBOX home is designed in the traditional Tahoe vernacular. Scheduled to break-ground in May of 2011, the home will sit on a high perch overlooking Gooseneck Reservoir in Lahontan. Accordingly, SANDBOX designed both the interior and exterior living spaces to look out towards the mountains and lake, with abundant glass to capture sunlight and views.
