Completed in 2015, this SANDBOX-designed 'mountain contemporary' guest house sits on a nice forested lot in Martis Camp and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open living/dining/kitchen area. Mixing natural woods, stone and steel, with shed-roof forms, SANDBOX created a gem of a structure, that will one day be complimented by a larger, yet similarly styled, main house. Photo by Vance Fox.
Big window walls on both sides of the living space create a strong connection to the outdoors and make the spaces feel larger. Photo above of the Living Area by Vance Fox.
A stone fireplace, with contemporary concrete and steel detailing, built by Mark Tanner Construction, is the focal point of the living spaces.
