SANDBOX designed this new $1.9M, 4+ bedroom home for the golf community of Gray’s Crossing, in Truckee, California. Much thought was put into the design and detailing of the home, which mixes a bright and spacious open floor plan with elements that echo California bungalow design. Large expanses of glass and multiple decks and patios spill out into the landscape behind the home, capturing the south sun and views of the ski runs of Northstar Resort. The entry approach to the home is via a unique rustic timber bridge that spans from the driveway to the covered porch, several feet above the ground!
