This SANDBOX-designed Martis Camp home, completed in 2013, sits on a sun-drenched homesite overlooking the Putting Park, with views of Northstar Ski Resort. Clad in a mix of reclaimed Trestlewood, Picklewood and native stone, the home has a classic, timeless appearance. Photo above by Vance Fox shows the Rear Elevation as seen from the Putting Park.
Vaulted ceilings and ample glass in most rooms make the home feel much larger than its actual square footage. Extensive outdoor terrace areas accommodate fun perks such as a sunken hot tub and firepit. Photo of the Great Room (above) by Vance Fox shows the glass window/door wall, which opens up to Putting Park, fireside terrace and mountain views!
SANDBOX managed to accommodate three full master suites, an open kitchen-dining-great room area, a bunk loft and a family/media room, all within an efficient 3,100 square feet. Two equal-weight master suites reside on the lower level, each with its own fireplace and private terrace. View of one suite (above) with its custom granite fireplace and barnwood detailing. Photo by Vance Fox.
Capturing views and natural light is paramount in every SANDBOX home. The Master Bath (photo above by Vance Fox) has a windowed corner for the soaking tub.
